Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Uncaged-Ergonomics UNCAGED parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vevor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unitrol-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vevor such as the 43fgd00901542684544 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U15P1AF manufactured by Us-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9280TR2 by Manufacturer Unitrol-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Uniop Brand ETOP310U201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vartech-Systems such as VT201P equipment made by Vartech-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vartech-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vartech-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MET391CXZxx made by Vega as well as the popular PIC0980100 original spares produced by Valmet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APM55S10NG2BIS by Vci and VT201P spares by Vartech-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 46560103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Universal-Instruments-Corporation.
